Abby Roberts has represented construction clients including general contractors, developers, and design professionals in a wide variety of construction-related matters and complex construction defect disputes. She has experience in construction litigation, dispute resolution, and appeals.
With more than a decade of experience in construction law, Abby brings a client-focused approach to each case. Recently, Abby was part of a team that obtained summary judgment for a construction company client on statute of limitations grounds in a multimillion-dollar construction defect claim, which was subsequently affirmed on appeal.
In addition to her construction practice, Abby also has experience in the areas of aviation law and appellate practice. She has represented airlines in matters including the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions, negligence actions, security claims, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.
