Ellyn Garofalo was included in Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2024 “Women of Influence: Attorneys” list. Garofalo was recognized for her extraordinary legal skill and achievement, exemplary leadership, and contributions to the Los Angeles community.

Garofalo is the managing shareholder of Carlton Fields’ Los Angeles office. She is an experienced trial attorney who focuses on the defense and prosecution of complex civil matters including breach of contract claims, partnership disputes, securities and investor fraud claims, real estate litigation, and other business disputes. Her practice also includes a wide range of criminal and regulatory matters, including white collar criminal defense and SEC enforcement actions. In her three decades of courtroom experience, she has tried a wide variety of cases in state and federal courts across the country.
