Ellyn Garofalo Named to Daily Journal’s 2024 Top Women Lawyers

Ellyn Garofalo was selected for inclusion in the Daily Journal’s 2024 “Top Women Lawyers” list. The list honors 100 California female attorneys who have made the biggest impact in their fields.

A veteran trial lawyer, Garofalo boasts an illustrious legal career, which began by representing a roster of celebrities and large companies in criminal and regulatory cases. Over time, she expanded and diversified her practice, where she achieved success in criminal and regulatory cases focusing on white-collar criminal defense and SEC enforcement actions.

Garofalo is the managing shareholder of Carlton Fields’ Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on the defense and prosecution of complex civil matters, including breach of contract claims, partnership disputes, securities and investor fraud claims, real estate litigation, and other business disputes.
