Law360 Ranks Carlton Fields Among Top Law Firms for Female Attorneys

TAMPA, FL – Law360 has recognized Carlton Fields as one of the top law firms in the nation for female attorneys, according to its “2023 Women in Law” report. The firm ranks among the top law firms with 251-600 attorneys.

This year's rankings use Law360 Pulse's pipeline score methodology, which indicates whether firms are keeping pace with the talent pipeline in hiring, promoting, and retaining female attorneys. The scores are based on the combined percentages of female attorneys and female equity partners at the firm.

Earlier this year, Law360 also recognized Carlton Fields among the most diverse law firms in the country in its “2023 Diversity Snapshot,” ranking the firm No. 6 nationally among firms with 251–600 attorneys with the highest representation of minorities in their equity partnerships and No. 15 for overall representation of minority attorneys.
