Carlton Fields Recognized in Vault’s 2022 Best Law Firms for Diversity

Carlton Fields ranks among Vault’s 2022 Best Law Firms for Diversity. The firm ranked in the top 15 for Overall Diversity and the top 25 for Diversity for Individuals with Disabilities, Diversity for LGBTQ+ Individuals, Diversity for Women, and Racial and Ethnic Diversity.

These rankings follow numerous additional honors within the past year recognizing Carlton Fields’ commitment to diversity and inclusion. The firm was named a top-ranked firm for diversity among firms of its size in the 2021 Minority Corporate Counsel Association Diversity Scorecard. Additionally, the firm earned a perfect score on the 2021 Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index and was recognized as a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity 2020 Top Performer.
