Carlton Fields’ Rae Vann Named Faculty Member of the Institute for Workplace Equality

Washington, D.C. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that attorney Rae Vann was named as a faculty member of the Institute for Workplace Equality.

The Institute is a national nonprofit employer association that provides training and education to assist federal contractors in understanding and complying with their non-discrimination and affirmative action obligations, and in developing and maintaining compliant and effective workplace policies and practices.

Vann is a shareholder at Carlton Fields with more than 25 years of experience representing and advising corporate clients on workplace compliance matters. She also serves as the vice president of Core Triangle Consulting, a consultancy that helps organizations minimize workplace risk and develop and advance world-class programs and strategies that attract, retain, and support a talented, diverse, and productive workforce. Vann is skilled in advising employers on all major federal, state, and local employment laws, and regularly counsels businesses on mitigating individual and systemic discrimination risks, establishing effective alternative dispute resolution procedures, conducting thorough and effective workplace harassment and other misconduct investigations, and other labor and employment matters.
