Carlton Fields Adds Litigator E. Keith Emanuel in Atlanta

Atlanta, Ga. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that E. Keith Emanuel has joined the firm as an associate in Atlanta. Ms. Emanuel is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice. 

Carlton Fields’ Business Litigation Practice is its largest, comprising more than 150 attorneys in 11 offices across the country. Ms. Emanuel is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex business litigation. She handles litigation across many substantive areas and has significant class action experience. She has appeared in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, including presenting oral arguments before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Emanuel was a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa Godbey Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Ms. Emanuel earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, and her B.A., cum laude, from Furman University.
