Micah J. Vitale Joins Carlton Fields in Hartford

Hartford, Conn. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Micah J. Vitale has joined the firm’s Hartford office as an associate in its nationally recognized Labor and Employment practice.
 
Carlton Fields’ Labor and Employment team represents employers of all sizes and in all types of employment disputes, including state and federal court actions, administrative charges and hearings, arbitrations, class and collective actions, and informal mediations. Corporate counsel ranked Carlton Fields a “Standout” law firm for Complex Employment Litigation, according to BTI’s Litigation Outlook 2019.
 
Vitale has experience in all aspects of litigation, including conducting fact investigations and depositions, managing trial exhibits, drafting and arguing legal motions, and negotiating and drafting settlement agreements. Prior to joining Carlton Fields, she was an associate with Boyle Shaughnessy Law in Hartford.
 
Vitale earned her J.D. and her B.A., both cum laude, from Quinnipiac University. During law school, she served as a legal intern in the Office of the Connecticut Attorney General’s Antitrust and Government Program Fraud Department.
