Carlton Fields’ Martha H. Chumbler Named Chair of ABA Section of State and Local Government Law

Tallahassee, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Tallahassee lawyer Martha H. Chumbler was named chair of the American Bar Association Section of State and Local Government Law. She was celebrated at a reception on Friday, August 9, at the ABA Annual Meeting in San Francisco.
 
Chumbler practices primarily in the area of state administrative law. She has substantial experience in public procurement by state and local agencies and in protests of government procurement decisions, state and local tax, government transparency, and general administrative litigation. She is board certified in State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice by The Florida Bar.
 
Chumbler earned her J.D., with honors, from Florida State University and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
