Carlton Fields’ Douglas J. Chumbley Appointed As A Vice Chair of IADC Committee

Miami, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Shareholder Douglas J. Chumbley has been appointed as a vice chair of the Toxic & Hazardous Substances Litigation Committee of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). The IADC is an invitation-only, peer-reviewed group of distinguished corporate and insurance defense attorneys and insurance executives.
 
Chumbley is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on product liability, toxic tort, and complex commercial litigation. A significant portion of his practice has been defending class actions against manufacturers, suppliers, and sellers. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law, and his B.A., cum laude, from Williams College.
