Charles Rosenberg Honored for His Philanthropy by Goodwill Industries of South Florida

Miami, Fla. – Carlton Fields’ Miami Shareholder Charles Rosenberg and his wife Gayle were honored by Goodwill Industries of South Florida as Donors Next Door during the 20th Annual PhilanthropyMiami Donor Next Door Luncheon that took place on May 11, 2017.

The event celebrated the philanthropy of more than 30 individuals, families, foundations, and corporations that donate time and money financial support to further the work of nonprofits in South Florida.

Rosenberg began volunteering with Goodwill Industries in 1996, after he moved to South Florida and learned about the wide diversity of training and employment-related programs the nonprofit offered and how those services impacted thousands of people with disabilities. He is a member of Goodwill Industries’ Board of Directors.

“The support of our generous board members helps set the strategic course to meet the growing number of people with disabilities and gives the people we serve an opportunity to be the best they can be,” said David Landsberg, President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of South Florida. “We are proud to honor Charles and Gayle for their support of Goodwill South Florida.”

At Carlton Fields, Rosenberg focuses his law practice on complex business and commercial litigation involving a wide array of legal areas such as antitrust and trade regulation, trade secrets and wrongful competition,  corporate governance, officer and director liability, partnership and real estate law, and other matters. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Mediator.
