Bruce Berman was interviewed by the Daily Business Review, in an article titled “Litigator Workloads Could Spike Under Amended Civil Procedure Rules.” The article discusses a new Florida Supreme Court opinion and how it will impact the state rules of civil procedure.

Berman, who publishes an annual book on updates to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, stated, “Attorneys have to be very attentive to these changes because they will impact every civil case and they will add to the expense of litigation, it will remain to be seen whether they will hasten the resolution of these cases.”
