Carlton Fields Shareholder Joseph Swanson was featured in a Tampa Bay Times article, “From Musk’s Twitter Saga to FTX Crash, Cyber Law Concerns Keep Evolving.” In the article, Swanson discusses the digital threats facing businesses today and breaks down the challenges of keeping users’ data safe.

Swanson, who serves as vice president of the firm’s new privacy and cybersecurity compliance consultancy, CTRL, commented on the consultancy’s creation in response to the fast-changing laws surrounding security and stability on the internet, stating, “It was something we saw a need to fill. To put it mildly, that law is pretty fluid.”
