Carlton Fields litigator Yolanda P. Strader was recognized by the Daily Business Review as a recipient of the 2021 Diversity and Inclusion Award.

“Corporate America is becoming increasingly diverse, and law firms need to be reflective of the clients they serve or risk losing clients,” Strader told the publication. “Diversity, equity and inclusion are good for the bottom line, good for morale, and good for the profession.”
