EEOC’s Recovery Dip May Belie Enforcement Uptick to Come

Carlton Fields labor and employment attorney Rae Vann was quoted in a Law360 Employment Authority article about the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recovering less money for victims of workplace bias in fiscal year 2021 compared to 2020.

“It will be interesting to see whether we will see a surge in recoveries this fiscal year as we begin to return to some semblance of normalcy,” Vann told the publication.
