High Court Mulls Gig Work, Union Fights, Lawyers’ Right to Sue

Carlton Fields Shareholder and Core Triangle Consulting Vice President Rae Vann was quoted in a Bloomberg Law article about the issues currently before the Supreme Court that could influence the workplace, including a case on gig arbitration.

“Arbitration is prominent in terms of what’s before the court now,” said Vann. “The court could have the opportunity to clarify its longstanding precedent in the context of state laws.”
