Wright v. Kleiman Enters Final Act – Document Reveal May Set Precedent

Cryptocurrency publication Cointelegraph quoted Carlton Fields Blockchain and Digital Currency Practice Co-Chair Matthew E. Kohen in an article about Wright v. Kleiman, a court battle involving a dispute over the identity of the founder of Bitcoin. Kohen spoke to the publication about the significance of certain elements of the litigation.

“Any time there’s an allegation of forged evidence or perjured testimony — that’s a significant thing,” Kohen said. ““It happens on TV a lot, but it’s not common in the real world.”
