US Appeals Court Allows Warrantless Search of Blockchain, Exchange Data

Carlton Fields blockchain attorney Andrew (Drew) Hinkes was quoted in a CoinDesk article explaining a recent Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling. The court ruled that law enforcement does not need a warrant to search blockchain records.
