‘Incredible Increase in Litigation and Related Costs’ Puts Pressure on D&O

Carlton Fields’ 2020 Class Action Survey was cited in an Insurance Business article about the increase in class action litigation costs. According to the ninth annual survey of U.S. corporations, spending on class action litigation increased to $2.64 billion in 2019, compared to $2.46 billion the previous year.
