Carlton Fields Ranks Among Top Firms for Midlevel Associates

Carlton Fields ranked among the top firms in Florida and nationally for midlevel associates’ job satisfaction, according to a survey conducted by the legal media company ALM. Naila Townes Ahmed, Carlton Fields’ director of legal talent management, was quoted in an article in the Daily Business Review about the rankings.

“These rankings are gratifying given that they reflect the views of our associates who are vital to the long-term success of our firm,” she told the publication. “Our associates bring creativity, energy and intelligence to the firm, and we are pleased to be recognized for our commitment to their professional and personal fulfillment.”
