Carlton Fields Moves Blockchain Co-Leader to Los Angeles Office

Law360 covered the news that Carlton Fields Blockchain and Digital Currency Practice Co-Chair Justin S. Wales joined the firm’s growing Los Angeles office. Wales will counsel the firm’s tech clients in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Asia, and beyond.

“Justin’s move represents the firm’s commitment to the blockchain and new media areas that are centered in Los Angeles, and on the west side of Los Angeles in particular,” Matthew E. Kohen, Wales’ blockchain practice co-chair, told Law360. “There has been a movement from Silicon Valley to Silicon Beach. It’s consistent with our firm’s strategy to participate in business trends and to help make them happen.”
