Overview

Levon Kalanjian represents public and private companies, including automotive companies and financial institutions, in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts. He manages all phases of litigation from pretrial investigation and counseling through post-trial appeals.

Levon also has experience in mergers and acquisitions litigation, class action settlements, SEC and regulatory investigations, tax-related disputes, restructuring disputes, and responding to nonparty subpoenas.

Admitted in New York. All work in Florida supervised by a Florida licensed attorney.
